The University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center (UMGCC) is a National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center and one of the top treatment and research centers in the country.
As part of the University of Maryland Medical Center, it offers innovative approaches to diagnosing and treating all types of cancer; conducts cutting-edge research to bring the latest advances in cancer treatment directly to patients, and provides cancer screening and patient education services. UMGCC offers a team approach to care where cancer specialists work together to develop an individualized treatment plan for each patient. The center's cancer experts are all faculty members of the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
