Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some answers to important questions you may have about the race.

Can I pick up my packet the morning of the race?

Only runners who register the morning of the race will be able to pick up a packet on race day. All runners who registered online or during a packet pick-up MUST pick up their packets during one of the packet pick-ups.

Where and when can I pick up my packet?

Packet Pick-up will be offered at Charm City Run stores and within the Maple Lawn community.

Can someone else pick up my packet for me?

You may have someone else pick-up your packet (bib number, participant shirt and Goodie Bag) during any of the six packet pick ups. The person getting your number will need a signed note from you or a copy of an email from you and photo ID for himself or herself. Please don't send the note authorizing someone to pick up your packet to us. The person picking up your packet should bring the note (a printout of an email is fine) with them to a packet pick-up location!

If someone wants to write a check in support of my fundraising campaign to whom should their check(s) be made payable?

Checks should be made payable to UMMS Foundation/MHM with the runner/fundraiser's name noted on the memo line.

Where should I send offline donations that I have collected in support of my fundraising campaign?

UMMS Foundation/MHM, 110 South Paca Street, 9th floor, Baltimore, MD 21201

Note: please do not send cash donations in the mail—convert to money order (made payable to UMMS Foundation/MHM) or drop cash off at our office.

Will offline donations made in support of my fundraising campaign (checks or money orders mailed to the UMMS Foundation) show on my fundraising page?

Yes, but only if we know whose fundraising campaign to credit. To ensure you receive credit for these donations be sure to include a note with your name so we can credit the donation to your fundraising total. In order for the people that have donated to get a tax receipt, we will also need their name, mailing address, and donation amount.
