We did it!

Congratulations to all of our runners for successfully completing the 6th Annual Maryland Half Marathon and inaugural 5K! Thanks to all of you - our runners, fundraisers, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and the Maple Lawn community - the Maryland Half Marathon & 5K was a day to be remembered.

Congratulations to our Half Marathon and 5K Winners!

The top finisher in this year’s Maryland Half Marathon was Alex Paddison, 17, of Adamstown, MD., who ran the race in 1:21:13. Alex resides in Frederick County, which means that the race’s top prize, the Maryland Half Marathon County Cup, will be hosted by a county other than Baltimore County for only the second time in the history of the Maryland Half Marathon.  The first female runner across the finish line this year was Monica Federoff, 25, of Bethesda, MD., who ran the race in 1:34:27.

Congratulations to the first ever winner of our 5K, Steve Schmitt, 25, of New Providence, PA, who completed the inaugural race in just 17:32.

Congratulations as well to the first female runner to complete the 5K, Rachel Thomas, (who is just 11 years old!), from Perry Hall, MD, with a time of 21:41.

And as always, much thanks to all the Kids' Fun Run participants and their families. We hope you had fun!
